Could your body be communicating with you?

We believe healing isn't something to force, it's something to support and create the conditions for.

Your body has spent a lifetime adapting to the experiences it's been through. That's why we take a gentle, non-forceful approach that works with your body, rather than pushing past it's limits.

Spinal Flow isn't a one and done miracle cure. We believe that lasting change isn't something to force, it's something we support by working with your body's own capacity to adapt communicate, and respond. Commitment to the process is necessary, as deep to the root healing can get more uncomfortable temporarily, before improvement, as a normal part of the body's reorganization into alignment. Sometimes discomfort comes as communication from the body, signaling perhaps a need, or a limit. Along the way, you'll learn to recognize what your body is asking for, to help you take care of yourself with greater confidence.

Our hope isn't to simply help you feel better for a day. It's to help you build a relationship with your body that supports your well-being, long after you leave the table.

What Is Spinal Flow® Technique?

Gentle, science-backed touch that turns down stress and turns on your body’s built-in healing power.

Developed by Australian chiropractor Dr. Carli Axford after 20 years of research, Spinal Flow® blends the wisdom of chiropractic, Network Spinal Care, and Craniosacral therapy, all without forceful cracking. Using feather-light contacts on 33 access points along your sacrum, spine, and cranium, it:

1. Locates nervous-system blockages created by physical, chemical, or emotional stress.

2. Awakens a natural cerebral spinal fluid wave or "spinal wave,” a rhythmic signal that resets fight-or-flight patterns.

3. Restores the flow of life-force energy from tailbone to skull so every cell can repair and thrive.

"After the first session with spinal flow therapy I knew I found something great"

"After session 2 the pain was gone. I am forever grateful to have found this."

"I have issues with two discs in my neck. They slip out of place and press on my nerves.  I know when this happens because first I will get a headache and the pain will be in the back of my head on the right side, that is when I know I need to get relief because when I let this go the pain will range depending how far it slips and what comes next can be severe  or a throbbing in my shoulder that won't easy up. I have tried pain management along with multiple other things but It really never went away. Until I saw a post about spinal flow technique. After the first session with spinal flow therapy I knew I found something great, the pain eased up then after session 2 the pain was gone. I am forever grateful to have found this."

Your Questions, Answered!

Is Spinal Flow® the same as chiropractic cracking?

No. Spinal Flow® uses feather-light contacts, no thrusts or pops. It taps the nervous system, not the bones, to create change.

Will the session hurt?

Most clients feel only gentle pressure or warmth. Many report a soothing “wave” sensation and leave feeling lighter or calm.

What should I wear?

Comfy clothing you can move in - leggings, soft pants, or gym wear. You’ll remain fully dressed and lie face-down, then face-up.

How long is a first visit?

Plan for 90 minutes: a brief health chat, 15-20 minutes on the table, and time to integrate plus ask questions.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone’s different, but stress layers take time to unwind. Kelly typically recommends an initial series of 12 sessions over six weeks, then reevaluation.

Is it safe during pregnancy or with chronic illness?

Yes. Spinal Flow® is non-invasive and adapts to your body’s needs. Kelly will tailor contacts for pregnancy, autoimmune conditions, fibromyalgia, etc.

What might I feel afterward?

Common responses: deeper sleep, easier breathing, emotional release, or mild tiredness as the body resets. Drink water and rest as needed.

How is Spinal Flow different from massage or Reiki?

Massage works muscles; Reiki works subtle energy fields. Spinal Flow® communicates directly with the central nervous system, the “master switch” that influences muscles, energy, and organ function all at once.
